Unilever Leadership Internship Program strives to begin the journey of the leaders of tomorrow, today. This is a program to designed to give a ground level understanding of the businesses at large through diverse projects that will ignite the leader within undergraduates.
The program entails the Unilever Leadership Interns (ULIPs) handling and executing projects first hand related to the function of the business they wish to be in for a period of 6 months. This includes extended leadership contact, formal training, professional development, big responsibilities and internal exposure early in the career.
The second year, third or final year undergraduates can be engaged with this great opportunity.
