Gavel Club of University of Sri Jayewardenepura which has been the home for all blooming young leaders of our university to improve their public speaking and leadership skills for over a decade is back again with Vorbitor’23 ;the Intra-University public speaking competition. This is organised with the intention of creating a platform for all undergraduates to unleash the hidden speaker within them while enhancing their leadership skills.
Being one of the most prestigious clubs in the University, Gavel Club is determined to help all undergraduates to enhance their competency in communication by providing a platform to polish their public speaking skills to become future fit individuals.
An event organised with the purpose of bringing out the best speakers and providing them a stage to craft their stories, Gavel Club invites all the passionate individuals out there to grab this opportunity and embark on a journey of once in a lifetime!
Any undergraduate from the university of Sri Jayewardenepura is eligible to compete at this competition and it will take place in the physical context. Followed by the preliminary and semi-final rounds the Grand Finale of Vorbitor’23 will be held where the best of the best speakers conquer the stage!
