The Career Guidance Unit of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura annually organizes J’pura Employability Skills Awards { JESA) for appreciating the best students who have developed employability skills to fit into the corporate world. We care for the level of dedication by students to develop themselves by getting profit from the available opportunities at the university and the capacity of developing a network by themselves.
As a new improvement of JESA,2023, we hope to introduce the “Best Innovator Award” for all the state university students and the below-mentioned Awards are available for our students to apply and they can showcase their readiness to fit into the corporate world.

In the coming month of August, “J’pura Employability Enhancing Month” will be declared and all faculty students are expected to focus on the importance of improving employability skills to enter the job market. Industry-related workshops, exhibitions, and many other programs are organized by the Career Skill Development Society for students of all faculties.
