What the intern will work on
The role is the matching engine itself:

Turning free-text briefs into structured requirements (service, budget, industry, location)
Ranking agencies against a brief, and measuring whether the ranking was any good
Embeddings and semantic search over agency profiles and past projects
Offline evaluation — building the loop that shows whether a change helped

Requirements

Python, with working knowledge of pandas, scikit-learn and PyTorch (or equivalents)
Hands-on experience with NLP, embeddings, or recommender / ranking systems — coursework and personal projects count
Able to read a paper and ship a small working version of it
Enough SQL to pull their own data
English is sufficient; Turkish is not required
