“Touch The Peak” – J’Pura Annual Job Fair & Entrepreneurial Ventures 2021 will be an opportunity of paramount importance for the fresh undergraduates of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Faculty of Technology of the University of Sri Jayewardenapura to raise their awareness of the world of work while seeking for an appropriate job opportunity that complements the qualifications that they have obtained.
The program was started with a workshop series on “Entrepreneurial Ventures 2021”
This ongoing event has been planned to conduct from 05th of April to 09th of April 2021 as time slots (9.00 am – 12.00 pm, 1.00 pm – 4.00 pm.) via the ZOOM platform. Nearly 700 students are willing to participate in this event. (684 students are already registered.) Below is a summary of the sessions that will be conducted under 39 interview sessions.
‘TOUCH THE PEAK’, the annual job fair and workshop series is one of the cardinal programs scheduled by the CSDS with the intention of assisting the students to interact with state and private sector organizations with the objective of getting employment opportunities and internships while enhancing their understanding of career options and industry required soft skills.
24 leading companies from the private sector as well as the government sector institutions are joining hands with this event to interview our graduates for employment opportunities, internships available in their organizations. This serves as a platform for the students to contact prospective employees from their specified career fields.
