Applications Now Open for J'pura Employability Skills Awards (JESA) 2026

The Career Guidance Unit (CGU) and the Career Skills Development Society (CSDS) of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura are pleased to announce that applications are now open for the J'pura Employability Skills Awards (JESA) 2026—the premier undergraduate employability awards programme among Sri Lankan state universities.

JESA is an annual flagship initiative designed to inspire and recognize undergraduate students who demonstrate outstanding employability skills beyond academic excellence. The programme aims to motivate students to continuously develop the competencies, attitudes, and professional attributes that are highly valued by employers in today's dynamic and competitive job market.
