Part 1 of Best Team Player Final round was held on 30th of July 2018 at Unilever Assessment Center located at Unilever Sri Lanka Head office. In this round, A case study along with an interview session was held. Semifinalists selected from the preliminary round in Best Team Player Award category participated in this round. A panel from Unilever Sri Lanka Limited including,
- Ms. Keshavi Puswewala – Reward Manager & Employer Brand Lead – Sri Lanka
- Ms. Upeksha Ranatunga – Management Trainee (HR)
- Ms. Ruvini Perera – Assistant HR Business partner (Marketing)
and Dr. Kosala Sirisena (Department of Zoology) representing academic member from USJP were involved in the Evaluation process. This round was a novel introduction for the Best Team Player Award in JESA 2018 to evaluate the team playing skills of the competitors in a practical scenario.
